ALMET, a.s. is a Czech manufacturer of pistons for combustion engines and compressors with more than 90 years of tradition. Our pistons are supplied both for original equipment manufacturing and aftermarket use, in the Czech Republic as well as internationally.
In the Czech Republic, the largest customers include ZETOR TRACTORS, a.s. Brno, TATRA TRUCKS, a.s. Kopřivnice, and TEDOM. A major foreign customer is a company in the United States, where ALMET supplies pistons for sports aircraft engines. Other important customers include engine manufacturers from both Eastern and Western Europe — Germany, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Poland, and several countries in Eastern Europe and Asia.
