Complaints and returns of goods

Goods complaint

  • If a defect appears in the purchased goods, you have the right to complain about the goods.
  • Read the Terms and Conditions to avoid any misunderstandings.
  • The goods must be accompanied by a Complaint form or other documents proving professional installation, etc.

Return of goods

  • The condition is that the goods must be returned unused and undamaged, preferably in the original packaging.
  • A form must be filled out and attached to the returned goods – Withdrawal from the purchase contract
  • Without a completed form, the returned shipment will not be processed further.
  • Send the goods back at your costs.
  • Shipments sent at the expense of ALMET, a.s. will not be accepted!
  • You can speed up the processing and refund if you send your bank account number with the goods.
  • After we receive the shipment, we will evaluate its condition and issue a corrective tax document.
  • We will send the money to your bank account specified in the form – Withdrawal from the purchase contract.
